For a fixed fee of £350 incl vat, you can book an exclusive opportunity to discuss your project, whether for one room or the whole property, directly with Julia. With a talent for seeing spatial opportunities and aesthetic possibilities, an hour online to discuss your plans can make a world of difference to the outcome of your project
On booking:
+ you will receive a confirmed appointment for a Zoom meeting with Julia Kendell
+ you will be emailed a Design Briefing Document to fill in prior to the appointment
+ you will be asked to send over any architects plans, or drawings/ photographs relevant to the project/
your enquiry. This allows us to put together a document of the plans/images to share on the Zoom call.

What happens on the Zoom call:
+ Having spent time reviewing your project, Julia will work through your queries with you to ensure you receive maximum value from the meeting.
+ If plans have been sent in advance, these will be available to view at by all parties and for Julia to make notes directly onto.

After the meeting:
+ Dependant on the nature of the enquiry, Julia will collate notes/ sketches from the meeting and will
email across as a PDF for your deliberations.
+ We are very happy to answer any questions relating to the points raised on the call
+ Should more time be required, further time with Julia can be purchased at £210 ph incl
